KCL flexo test printing service provides a desired new replenishment for studying printability of packaging
paper and board substrates.
8-color reel fed flexo machine (Fischer & Krecke Flexpress 6S) corresponds with the newest technologies of commercial print houses, being simultaneously very flexible for trial specific modifications. For example print layout, ink type, ink viscosity, anilox rolls, printing plates as well as numerous running parameters can be adjusted according to different materials and target settings.
During the trial, the customer is able to get immediate view on the printability and print quality and discuss with the skilled printing personnel. Remote trial follow up platform with number of high quality video cameras, audio connection and chat box can also be organized on request. After the trial print quality can
be analyzed at KCL laboratory using standard print quality measurements as well as several special measurements.
